Welcome
I was born in Wellington in 1959, and now live in Nelson where I have a studio/gallery. Although I have had no formal training, other than a lifetime of practice, drawing and art have always been the driving force in my life, and I have been inspired by many New Zealand artists. I love the patterns and colours of this country's landscape and the shadows the sun casts on objects and the land.

My favourite medium is gouache on paper.

I exhibit regularly throughout the country, and my paintings are represented in collections here and overseas.

In 2011 I have been asked to be part of Piki Mai for the 2011 Arts Festival in Nelson. Piki Mai is an audio visual art work which creates illusion on a grand scale through large scale projection on Nelson's Cathedral and Church steps.
